The device was delivered in 2017., with a capacity of 60 m3/day for a fruit and vegetable processing facility. Processing is done through hot processing of fruits and vegetables and products are obtained: compotes, jams, marmalades, salads, ajvar. No chemicals are used during the production process, and processing takes place seasonally from the 5th to the 9th month.
The production process generates 30 m3/day of technological wastewater that needs to be treated before being discharged into a natural recipient.
Before designing the device, the analysis of technological wastewater was performed, shown in Table 8.
