Active carbon filtration

The carbon has a high surface per volume unit. Many pollutants can be adsorbed on its surface and retained trapped in to it.
Depending of the pollutant to treat (odour, VOC’S…) we can propose different type of carbon. Some of it have impregnated surface in order to improve the adsorption effect. When the carbon is full of pollutant, it’s needed to replace the carbon by a new load.

Gas scrubbers

Gas scrubbing consists of solubility a gaseous pollutant in a liquid. This liquid can be either water or water with reagents or solvents. There are different type of gas scrubbers, like random packing scrubber, spray gas scrubber and venturi scrubber.

Gas and odour control

With adequate measuring instruments, we can measure the pollution and if is necessary, control the gas treatment process.

PDesign and production of plastic ventilation systems

On demand of ventilation systems, mixture of gas and aggressive pollutants, we can produce fans, pipes and ventilation trenches from polypropylene, as required of designer.
