The BP-DS 300 is supplied as part of a sanitary – faecal wastewater treatment plant. This technological solution consists of adsorption of pollutants on the surface of the material.
The working principle is based on the physical principle of capturing (adsorbing) molecules of polluted air on or into the surface of a solid adsorbent. Adsorption of contaminants into the pores of the agent is possible until it becomes saturated, and the adsorption capacity of individual agents depends on the size and number of pores as well as the substances being adsorbed.
The device is made of high density polyethylene (HDPE), which is resistant to UV radiation, and aggressive and corrosive gases. The devices are intended for the treatment of polluted air containing H2S, NH3, VOC gases. The device is supplied with a grease and moisture separator, a centrifugal fan that is placed on the filter housing, a control electrical cabinet.
The device is equipped with a system for controlling the saturation of the chemical filling and it is possible to regularly control the saturation of the filling and plan its replacement in time.
Device filling, from the filling manufacturer PureAir Filtration, Sulphasorb XL i CPS Blend effectively removes contaminants of type H2S, NH3, VOC. The filling volume is 0.25 m3.
