The treatment of technological wastewater largely depends on the needs of the client and the required output parameters of treated water. Each device is specially designed according to the specific needs of production, the requirements of investors and the required output parameters of purified water. Particular attention should have been paid to the choice of high-quality equipment due to the high content of chloride in wastewater. Technological wastewater generated in the production process pollutes the environment and needs to be treated before being discharged into the recipient in order to preserve the environment. Wastewater treatment from the fish industry consists of a combination of mechanical pre-treatment and physico-chemical treatment. The device is designed so that the purification process consists of the following functional units: pump manhole, fine mechanical treatment, aerated equalization tank, flotation device type: DAF (dissolved air flotation), dosing station for chemicals, tubular flocculator and station for automatic preparation and dosing of polyelectrolytes. The purification process is fully automated and requires minimal monitoring of the purification process by the operator on the device.
