The device for purification of technological wastewater from washing retail packaging for food products was delivered in 2018., for a water flow of 8640 l/day.
The device works on the principle of batch purification, uses physico – chemical purification technology. The wastewater from the overpump shaft is sent for pre-treatment by means of a fine rotary sieve which removes solid particles. Waste is collected in a communal bin. The purified water goes to an equalization tank in which the concentrations of impurities are equalized and hydraulic shocks during the day are prevented.
From the equalization tank, water is pumped into a physico – chemical reactor in which the flocculant and coagulant are dosed. The pH regulation of water is also performed in the reactor.
The water is transferred to a lamellar settling tank through which accumulations of impurities in the form of sludge are separated, and the purified water is discharged through the overflow to the sewage system.
The precipitated sludge is pumped into dehydration bags. The filtered water from the filter bags is returned by gravity to the pump shaft.
