The device for batch purification of technological wastewater that arises from the process of making complex steel structures from fine-grained steel was delivered in 2019. and has a capacity of 1 m3/day.
At the location of the delivered WWTP, the maximum amount of wastewater is 5,000 l/day.
An analysis of wastewater was made and according to the obtained parameters, the device was designed to meet the prescribed regulations for discharge into the public sewer system.

The water is purified by the physico – chemical process described in point 1.1.3. The separation of sludge takes place in a settling tank based on the gravitational deposition of solids and particles whose density is higher than the density of water. After settling, sludge is formed which is further transferred to a sludge tank or to a dehydration system. In the sludge tank, the sludge generated in the physico-chemical reactor and in the sedimentation tank is accepted, and after that the sludge is disposed of in accordance with legal regulations.
The device is located in a steel container together with an electrical control cabinet that automatically controls the operation of the entire device and is equipped with an audible and visual alarm.
