Mechanical Wastewater Treatment

Bars of device may be:

• rough bar; light opening 10 – 100 mm
• fine grid or screen; light opening 0,5 – 6 mm

Rough bars are used for treatment of municipal waste water in devices with 200 – 5000 ES, as well as in some industries where such treatment meets the anticipated output parameters. They can be manual or automatic. At manual bars collected waste is removed by hand while automatic is equipped  with system for automatic extraction and disposal of waste in a suitable container

Fine grid or screen are used for treatment of municipal waste water in devices with 200 – 5000 ES, as well as in industries. They may have a semi-automatic and automatic cleaning of accumulated substances which are stored in a suitable container.

Waste water for treatment is lead to a mechanical treatment gravitationaly or by pressure, depending on the needs and conditions in the field.

The units can be equipped with:

• system for automatic cleaning,
• system for automatic washing,
• system for frost protection,
• separate waste compactor,
• system for packaging separated waste into an infinite bag,
• conveyor to transport separate waste.

MAKING MATERIAL:

Stainless steal AISI 304 – 316L, depending on the application of device.

PERFORMANCE:

Device may be:

• located in open channel,
• performed with a compact design with integrated chamber

Design and selection of equipment shall be performed in accordance with the type and quantity of waste water and conditions determinated by following process after mechanical treatment of waste water.
