A safety lock is placed on the edge of the exit tube, inside of the oil separator, and it´s purpose is to prevent the leakage of separated light oils in a natural recipient. It is made of a float which is moving along the separation line between water and light fluids. When the level of light fluids is increased, the float is falling and getting near the pipe opening. In the moment when the level of light fluid is increased so much that it threats to get out into the recipient, the float gets into the pipe opening and prevents its leakage from the separator.

Prior to releasing the wastewater into the recipient, it is necessary to take samples of purified water for testing in authorized laboratories. The sample must meet certain criteria (guaranteed outlet parameters), guaranteed by the manufacturer of the device.

In the case of a bigger depth of the sampling shaft, we are able to offer a special pump for collecting samples. Therefore, it is much easier for the client to perform quality control processes of wastewater that is being discharged into the recipient.
OIL SKIMMER
Oil skimmer is device which is for the separation of oil, fat or other carbohydrates from the water surface. The device is equipped with a hose, belt or disc that passes the water surface and binds fats or oils to its own surface. The collected oil or fat is removed using a scraper and then drained into the tank. For the extraction of more complex fat the device has a set of heaters to soften the fat and facilitate its removal. Oil skimmers are used for extracting oil from the coolant, oil separators, grease separators, during treatment of industrial wastewater in the wells and the places where it is necessary to extract the floating oil and grease from liquids.
