Implementation of Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) technology
Within the Project KET4CleanProduction, Bor-plastika d.o.o., a Croatian company, received a micro-grant for the project under the name ”Implementation of Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) technology”. With the help of the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (Portugal) and Jožef Stefan Institute (Slovenia), the company improved the operation of municipal aerobic biological wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) with biomass carriers and MBBR technology (“Moving bed biofilm reactor”).
