A filter with bio filling was delivered in 2016. The device consists of a biofilter tank with filling, a radial fan and a control part (electrical cabinet and technological cabinet).
Next to the biofilter tank is a radial fan that blows polluted air into the biofilter. At the top of the biofilter tank is an alarm column with a flashing light that illuminates in the event of a fault or error. The electrical control cabinet as well as the technology cabinet are located on the side of the tank
biofilter. There is also a light on the electrical control cabinet that signals a fault or fault in the fan. The fan sucks air polluted air through the inlet pipe and conducts it to the biofilter tank with filling.
Inside the tank is a system for humidifying the biofilter filling. The system consists of a pressure reducer, a solenoid valve, a flow meter, a pipework and nozzles.
The humidification system is connected directly to the city network connection. When collecting water at the bottom of the tank, at a certain amount it gravitationally flows through the pipe DN 50 at the bottom of the tank.
