DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCESS<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Wastewater flows to a primary settlement tank of the WWTP which is simultaneously used as a container of excess sludge. Sedimenting and floating impurities are caught here which are further subjected to anaerobic decomposition . The mechanically pre-treated water overflow to activation area where there is a microfiltration module. The activation area is used for biological treatment of wastewater and microfiltration through membranes. This area is in the bottom part fitted with an aeration syst\u00e9m which serves for aeration of the tank and for cleaning of the membranes, to which air is blown from a blower.<\/p>\n

An advantage of this solution is an accumulation area in the whole space of activation tank which is used for accumulation of wastewater and provision of steady outlet from the treatment plant.<\/p>\n

The activated mixture is filtrated under pressure through the membranes. In case the module is out of order, the mixture flows into a vertical secondary settlement tank where sedimentation of emerged sludge flocks occurs and subsequently the treated water flows to outlet. Condensed sludge from the bottom part of the secondary settlement tank returns to the sludge tank. A part of activated sludge from the activation area is pumped as excess sludge to the sludge tank.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
